  • Orchestrate weekly cross‑functional team meetings to align on executive engagement across Communications, Events, and Executive Office. Lead and manage the planning and strategy for travel/roadshows, including major industry events (e.g., RSA, Board Meetings, EMEA trips) with stakeholders. Coordinate logistics that respect executive "on‑the‑road" preferences and maximize customer face‑time.
  • Maintain the EOR tracking system and provide quarterly analytics to Sales Leadership, while navigating the nuances of executive feedback to ensure key win stories reach the Communications teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Executive Support, or Strategic Operations, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a new PhD graduate.
  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and B2B SaaS environments is required to effectively brief leadership on "complex cyberthreats".
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex account data into brief, impactful executive summaries.
  • Proven track record of managing executive engagement processes and collaborating with Executive Assistants (EAs) and Security teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ability to drive action items through to completion with internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dependability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with IT and Marketing teams to improve SFDC tools, briefing templates, and planning trackers.
