Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week)
Working Hours:
40 hours/week, 8 hours/day. Flexible start time between 8:00-9:00 AM with a 30-minute or 1 hour lunch break.
A technology company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support its Business Management function and senior executives. The role combines business performance analysis and reporting with executive coordination.
Position SummaryThis position is primarily focused on Business Management (approximately 80%), including forecasting, revenue management, sales trend analysis, and leadership reporting. The remaining 20% or less involves executive administrative support for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with numbers and data while also possessing strong organizational and coordination skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Management - Approx. 80%
- Support forecasting and revenue management to ensure accurate financial planning and tracking.
- Analyze business performance, revenue, and sales trends using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Gather information from stakeholders and ensure alignment on financial and operational metrics.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Support business planning cycles and track targets, variances, and performance trends.
- Translate business data into clear, actionable insights.
Executive Coordination - 20% or Less
- Provide administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate executive travel, itineraries, and schedule changes.
- Arrange travel for participants attending company-level meetings.
- Track and follow up on meeting action items and outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point .
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort analyzing business data.
- Interest or experience in business management, forecasting, revenue analysis, or related functions.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara 5 days per week.
- Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
- Salesforce and Tableau proficiency.
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience with forecasting, revenue management, sales analysis, or business performance reporting.
Success in this role requires accurate and timely reporting, effective executive coordination, strong cross-functional partnerships, attention to detail, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
