Product Manager – Eightfold.ai

As a Product Manager , you will drive the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Eightfold’s mission of “the right career for everyone in the world.”

• Define and own product vision and strategy for enterprise SaaS talent solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and shape product roadmaps.
• Translate customer insights and market research into prioritized product requirements.
• Partner with engineering to deliver high‑quality, AI‑driven features on schedule.
• Advocate for customer needs across the organization and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Measure product success and iterate based on data and feedback.

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong strategic thinking, customer empathy, and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Technical curiosity and understanding of AI concepts in HR technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated bias to action and rapid learning aptitude.

• Hybrid work model – employees near Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week.
• Job is available in the following hub locations:
  Greater NYC, Greater Chicago, Greater Atlanta, and Santa Clara.

• Zone A:
  Base annual salary range USD $181,500 – $290,000.
• Potential bonuses, commissions, and equity awards as part of total compensation.
