Technical Consultant – TC

• Facilitate business process and requirements workshops with key customer stakeholders.

• Capture, assess and document Health & Safety requirements and business needs.

• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Manage the refinement and approval of user stories with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare for and support customer demonstrations throughout the implementation.

• Provide business process expertise during sprint reviews, demos and delivery activities.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and review sessions.

• Partner with Service Now, technical and customer teams to maintain alignment between business requirements and the delivered solution.

• Support the delivery of the Phase 1 Health & Safety workstream, helping maintain progress through to successful completion.

• Proven experience delivering business process consulting within Service Now environments.

• Hands-on experience supporting Service Now Health & Safety implementations.

• Strong knowledge of the Service Now platform, processes and implementation methodologies.

• Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Relevant professional Health & Safety accreditation.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating them into well-defined user stories.

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Experience participating in sprint demonstrations, planning sessions, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
