Superintendent - MEP

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Superintendent – MEP. This is an opportunity to start a career with a leading construction company that values its team and focuses on building solutions that matter.

• Lead field operations on assigned project(s), ensuring timely and profitable completion.
• Supervise field labor force, including laborers and craft workers.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver superior client service.

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience.
• 7+ years of safety and QA/QC cultural experience.
• 7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge.
• 5+ years of managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades.
• 5+ years of experience working with contracts and exhibits.
• 5+ years of detailed planning and the ability to understand plans and specifications.
