PositionSummary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM2) to provide leadership and oversight for moderately complex construction projects or defined scopes within larger projects. This role is responsible for managing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery and strong financial performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining a strong focus on safety culture and injury-free operations.
Scheduling & Cost Control: Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor costs, budgets, and profitability; prepare monthly cost forecasts.
Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor scope, pricing, and performance; coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
Risk & Documentation: Assess project risks, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
Project Closeout: Lead punch list activities, warranties, financial reconciliation, and final turnover to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7+ years of construction management experience.
Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of construction methods, project lifecycle, and contract administration.
Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and construction accounting software.
Experience in large-scale commercial or complex construction projects.
Familiarity with Lean construction principles.
Strong financial acumen and cost control experience.
Base Salary: $148,800 $ 185,999 annually + Performance-based bonus.
