Senior Construction Estimator

Job Summary

As an estimator on our team, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model. Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing projects.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop cost strategies.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Foster relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of construction estimator or preconstruction experience
• Commercial construction experience
• Proficiency with precon software: MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM
  360, etc.

$120,000 - $185,000 per year.
