Jobot is seeking an experienced construction estimator to prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for CM at Risk projects. You will conduct quantity takeoffs, develop cost strategies, and manage multiple projects while fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, 7+ years in the field, and proficiency with preconstruction software.
