We are seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction and estimating through execution, commissioning, closeout, and customer turnover. This role will oversee project financials, schedules, field execution, client relationships, and business development across commercial HVAC, advanced technology, cleanroom, industrial, and process environments.

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:

• Lead mechanical construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost-to-complete, change orders, schedules, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, hydronic piping, process piping, process exhaust, controls, TAB, commissioning, and related mechanical systems.
• Work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, design teams, general contractors, and clients to drive successful project execution.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Develop estimates, proposals, budgets, scope narratives, and value engineering solutions for new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and junior project staff as appropriate.

Qualifications of Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management, estimating, engineering, or field leadership experience.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, change orders, field coordination, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical piping, hydronic systems, equipment replacements, retrofits, or design-build construction.
• Cleanroom, semiconductor, advanced technology, laboratory, manufacturing, data center, or industrial project experience is a plus.
• Experience developing client relationships, repeat business, or an assigned book of business preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Strong estimating, financial management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
