Senior Project ManagerSalary: $140,000–$165,000
Onsite:
Santa Clara, California
- Lead complex projects across advanced technology, cleanroom, laboratory, manufacturing, data center, and commercial environments.
- Own projects from preconstruction through closeout with significant autonomy and decision-making authority.
- Gain exposure to both project leadership and business development, creating a clear path for long-term career growth.
- Build and expand a portfolio of strategic client relationships while helping drive repeat business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and engineers while serving as a key leader within the organization.
- Work alongside construction, service, and BAS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for customers.
- Influence project strategy, budgeting, procurement, forecasting, and operational execution on large-scale mechanical projects.

- Mechanical Construction / Advanced Technology Projects:
- Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and warranty turnover.
- Manage project financial performance, schedules, scope, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new project opportunities and supporting account growth.
- Oversee estimating, proposals, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, change orders, and contract administration.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and technical project delivery activities.
- Mentor junior project staff and provide leadership on project execution, risk management, and customer engagement.
- Mechanical Construction / Advanced Technology Projects:
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, engineering, estimating, field leadership, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, change management, field coordination, and customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, hydronic systems, controls/BAS, commissioning, and mechanical construction practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
