Overview

W2 Contract 3 months, Possible Extension. We are looking for a highly creative and technical Sound Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the auditory identity of our content, helping to bring the future of technology to life through sound. You will work on a diverse range of projects—from high-energy product launches to cinematic storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Sound Design: Design, create, and edit bespoke sound effects, including sci-fi textures, UI sounds, robotic elements, action sequences, and stylized audio assets that elevate the project’s creative vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with directors, producers, designers, and engineers to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective, immersive sound solutions.
  • Mixing for Multiple Formats: Deliver high-quality mixes optimized for various environments, ranging from large-scale keynote venues to standard digital and social formats.
  • Music Supervision & Development: Select, edit, and develop music tracks for producers and editors, utilizing a modern assortment of tools, including AI-driven audio technologies.
  • Field Recording: Capture, process, and edit original field recordings as needed to build unique sonic palettes.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a meticulously organized audio library and project file structure to ensure efficient workflows across the team.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Sound Designer in film, television, games, advertising, or interactive media. A sound reel demonstrating your work is required.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Pro Tools.

Audio Fundamentals: A strong understanding of sound design principles, signal flow, audio mixing, and basic mastering techniques.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret direction and incorporate feedback effectively.

Work Ethic: Intense attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
