Aquent is partnering with a leading technology innovator, renowned for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and shaping the future of digital experiences. This company is at the forefront of its industry, consistently delivering groundbreaking solutions that empower creators and transform industries worldwide. We are seeking a visionary Designer / Illustrator to make a significant impact on their highly anticipated annual conference.

This is a unique opportunity to leave your creative mark on a global event, crafting memorable visuals that resonate with thousands of attendees and set the aesthetic tone for future gatherings.

• Based on client direction, conceptualize and execute a final t-shirt design for all conference attendees.
• Expand the approved t-shirt design into a cohesive collection for additional merchandise pieces.
• Develop a comprehensive creative brief or style guide based on the final approved design, to inform future merchandise creation for subsequent events.
• Participate in kickoffs or creative reviews for upcoming conferences, as needed, contributing to the long-term visual strategy.
• You will be instrumental in developing a distinctive visual identity for their flagship event, translating their cutting‑edge brand into tangible, engaging merchandise that captures the spirit of innovation and the essence of the local culture.
• Your designs will not only be cherished by attendees but will also lay the groundwork for the visual style of upcoming conferences, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

• 7+ years of professional design and illustration experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of previous design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Prior experience in designing for t-shirts and apparel.
• Experience in merchandise design for brands, conferences, or events.

This will be a short, project‑based effort, kicking off in mid‑January. Expect to dedicate 10-15 hours per week for 2-3 weeks.
