Summary
Provides high-quality customer service on the sales floor and at the service desk, assisting guests with purchases, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries. Delivers a polished, professional guest experience while supporting store operations and team members. Contributes to a welcoming environment and helps drive guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests with purchases, returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
- Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Coordinate with sales associates and management to resolve guest issues and locate merchandise.
- Maintain service desk area and ensure the sales floor remains presentable and organized.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weight as needed.
