Our client, a leading organization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Medical Device Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Medical Device Customer Service Representative you will be supporting customer product complaints and the return process.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the initial point of contact for external customer inquiries related to medical devices and equipment.
• Assist in the intake and triage of customer complaints, RMA requests, and general information inquiries.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and requests in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding next steps and follow up until requests are resolved.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of prior experience in customer service, with a focus in the biotech or pharma sectors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of RMA process
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
