Electrical Engineer

Duration: 6 Months with Possible Extension

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Training: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an Enrollment/Eligibility Counselor with a healthcare and customer service background to support individuals and families with Medicaid enrollment and eligibility programs
.

• Assist clients with program connection, enrollment, and eligibility
  .
• Process and research complex cases and appeals
  .
• Provide accurate guidance on eligibility policies and procedures
  .
• Track case/project status, deadlines, and required follow-up.
• Collaborate with management and project teams on various initiatives.
• Support new team members and assist with training activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide excellent customer service.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  , or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Healthcare and/or CSR/customer service experience
  .
• Bilingual proficiency in required language(s).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience preferred.
