We are seeking dedicated Montessori teachers and assistants who are interested in growing into a Primary (3–6) Lead Guide role through formal Montessori training and hands‑on mentorship.

• Current Montessori assistants ready to pursue Primary certification
• Teachers with ECE experience who feel called to Montessori education
• Educators who aspire to lead their own 3–6 classroom in the future

We are committed to supporting professional growth, including mentorship and guidance toward Primary (3–6) Montessori training.

• Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, orderly, and engaging Montessori environment
• Assist children in developing independence, concentration, and confidence
• Observe and document student progress with care and professionalism
• Model respectful communication and grace and courtesy
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold consistency and excellence in the classroom
• Gradually assume increased responsibility as you progress toward a Lead Guide role

• 12+ ECE units (or willingness to complete)
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 preferred
• A genuine interest in pursuing Montessori Primary (3–6) training
• Strong organizational skills and classroom presence
• Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to growth
• A calm, patient, and respectful demeanor

Montessori experience is welcomed but not required for the right candidate with a sincere interest in training.
