We are searching for a nurturing, reliable, and energetic assistant teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to grow. • Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and safe space where children feel secure and excited to explore.
• Help prepare and organize the classroom, ensuring materials are ready for hands-on learning.
• Use your keen observation skills to support children’s social-emotional growth and guide them with patience and care.
• Model positive communication and help children develop confidence in their interactions.
• Assist with daily routines, classroom management, and outdoor play while ensuring safety at all times.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Warm, professional, and able to build strong relationships with children, families, and co-workers.
• Open to learning and interested in Montessori (training available—no prior Montessori experience required!).
• Holds at least 12 ECE units, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
• Able to obtain a criminal record clearance.
