A valid California Special Ed (Moderate/Severe) Credential is required. Also required is at least one of the following authorizations to teach English Learners: CTEL, CLAD, BCLAD, AB2913 training (formerly SB395 OR SB1969) or SB2042 EL Authorization. Applicants who do not have a valid credential the first day of the school year will not be considered. 30-day Substitute Credentials are NOT valid credentials for contracted positions in our district.

* Signing Stipend: SAI teachers and SLP's shall receive a signing bonus of $5,000, phased in over three years: $1,000, in the first year; $2,000 in the second year; $2,000 in the third year.
