Under general supervision, candidate in this position will assist with the Enrollment Center. This position will perform registration and enrollment procedures, prepare reports, conduct data analysis, and create procedures. We are seeking a highly organized and community-focused professional to join our Expand After school programs team. Responsibilities include supporting families in completing the intake applications and registration for our after-school programs, including actively making program offers to eligible students and guiding families through the enrollment processes of our district and partner programs.
Specific Functions:
Must possess strong data management and interpersonal skills. Skills necessary to create and maintain accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets to track student offers, enrollment statuses, and program capacities, ensuring that all data is accurately organized. This position also requires strong communication skills to collaborate closely with school site staff, program staff, and families to answer questions, provide updates, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to an A.A. degree or higher is required. Five years of experience and demonstrated high proficiency with Word/Google Docs, database applications, and/or Student Information systems, Excel/Google Sheets, PDF apps, cloud-based apps, web-based apps, Outlook, and other applications. Three years of progressively responsible clerical experience. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
