Under the direction of the School Principal, perform various complex clerical and statistical record-keeping duties involving the enrollment, graduation, or withdrawal of high school students according to established policies and procedures; evaluate, process, maintain, and record semester credits and subject grades of incoming students; maintain student permanent records, transcripts, and cumulative files; input data into student database and generate records and reports as required;
maintain the high school computer support system for student records.
Qualifications:
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience including experience maintaining school records such as attendance records. A candidate with knowledge of Aeries and high school transcripts is preferred.
