• Hardware IP knowledge (UFS, NAND, NOR, ePROM, etc.)
• SoC and computer architecture
• Lab equipment, analyzers, hardware debugging

• Lead systems design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing and validation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues during pre-silicon, bring-up, and production phases.
• Mentor team members and promote a collaborative culture.
• Drive technical innovation and enhance validation capabilities.

• UFS standard and architecture knowledge, encryption preferred
• Experience with FPGA, BIOS, OS (Windows/Linux), drivers
• Strong understanding of system peripherals (PCIe, NVMe, USB, etc.)
• Proven leadership in pre and post-silicon validation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• 3-6 years in pre/post-silicon validation, 4-8 years in the semiconductor industry
• Programming skills (Python, C/C++, Ruby)
• Hardware description languages (Verilog)

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
