Job Description

• Support Sr. Manager HV battery in the battery development process
• Coordinate the communication and working flow within team HV battery
• Coordinate the communication within powertrain team and report to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Develop the design process HV battery entirely
• Synchronize and support battery and powertrain integration
• Coordinate engineering service supplier and report to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Support and back the homologation team
• Support and participate in the production license approach
• Support and back the battery team in Nanjing

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, OEM, supplier, battery manufacturer
• Knowledge in battery system design, electrochemistry, BMS, homologation
• Self-organizing, solutions-oriented, communicative
• Masters or PhD
