The Bench Validation Engineer (Group
A) supports low-speed I/O and power sequence validation activities in a bench lab environment. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their hardware validation careers and focuses on data collection, execution of test plans, and disciplined lab operations.
- Perform low-speed I/O and power sequencing validation
- Execute predefined functional and validation test plans
- Probe signals according to documented procedures
- Perform firmware/software updates following SOPs
- Collect, log, and organize validation data accurately
- Read and interpret schematics and board design files
- Support engineers with lab setup and system bring-up tasks

What you need- Education Background:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent - Recent graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply
- Work Experience Expectation: 0-2 years of experience
- Academic lab work, university projects, or internships are acceptable

Compensation Range: $65,000-$98,000
BenefitsFull-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
