The Bench Validation Engineer (Group

A) supports low-speed I/O and power sequence validation activities in a bench lab environment. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their hardware validation careers and focuses on data collection, execution of test plans, and disciplined lab operations.

• Perform low-speed I/O and power sequencing validation
• Execute predefined functional and validation test plans
• Probe signals according to documented procedures
• Perform firmware/software updates following SOPs
• Collect, log, and organize validation data accurately
• Read and interpret schematics and board design files
• Support engineers with lab setup and system bring-up tasks

• Education Background:
  Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent
• Recent graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply
• Work Experience Expectation: 0-2 years of experience
• Academic lab work, university projects, or internships are acceptable

Compensation Range: $65,000-$98,000

Full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for the Company s 401(k) with employer matching and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Company-paid benefits include basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional benefits such as voluntary short-term disability, HSA, and FSA; benefits vary by location. Part-time and temporary employees have pro-rated sick leave and 401(k) eligibility. All US employees receive sick leave benefits according to applicable laws.
