Validation Engineer
Associate III - Semiconductor Product Validation
The Validation Engineer is responsible for advanced board and tray-level validation, with a focus on high-speed interfaces (PCIe) and power validation. This role builds on Group A responsibilities with deeper debugging ownership and root-cause analysis.
The opportunity:- Perform board and tray-level validation in a bench lab environment
- Execute and enhance validation test plans
- Validate PCIe and high-speed interfaces
- Perform detailed power validation and measurements
- Debug board-level issues and identify root causes
- Collaborate with design and system teams to resolve hardware failures
- Document findings and validation results
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:- Experience working with PCIe validation
- Strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity
- Ability to debug complex board or tray-level issues
- Advanced EE knowledge required
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)
- 2-6+ years of hands-on bench-level board validation experience

Compensation Range$65,000 - $98,000
BenefitsFull-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and Company-paid life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability.
