* Key Responsibilities:

** This role will support strategic planning, program management and day-to-day operations in a dynamic and growing business.  You will be responsible for maintaining the business operating cadence, supporting key programs and managing employees’ work spaces.

Specific responsibilities include:
* Assist in maintaining the operating rhythm playbook.
* Support program management for business reviews, key meetings, and forums.
* Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
* Manage seating assignments at headquarters and ensure functionality of communal work spaces.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key programs (such as NCG onboarding and Business Continuity) and contribute to project deliverables.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2-4 years of experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), calendaring, and familiarity with Smartsheet.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management skills
