Senior Electrical Engineers

Responsibilities

• Architect and design a high‑throughput wireless system for the company’s device to interface directly with computers.
• Develop and complete detailed, hands‑on schematic and layout work.
• Develop characterization tests to ensure device components are safe, effective, and secure.
• Oversee the overall integration of company systems—hardware, firmware, and software—to ensure the device system works seamlessly, consistently, and safely.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and contract designers.

• Minimum master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 10 years of hands‑on experience as an electrical engineer working on medical devices.
• Demonstrated ability designing, characterizing, and testing wireless analog, digital, and radio‑frequency systems for medical devices that have low power requirements and are volume constrained (10+ years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability creating and executing product development roadmaps for complex medical devices, including overseeing other team members’ work (2+ years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability creating design documentation that complies with Quality Management Systems under ISO 13485 (2+ years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability programming FPGAs using VHDL (2+ years of experience).

Salary:
Two Hundred Eighty‑Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty to Two Hundred Ninety‑Five Thousand Dollars Per Year
