Technical Marketing Manager - Silicon Photonics

Job Responsibilities

• Demand creation and increase design-ins and market share of products at assigned AME customers.
• Achieve design win targets as defined by the annual plan.
• Conduct product trainings and webinars, internally and externally, for ST Sales/Application Engineers and customers.
• Ensure technical support in collaboration with regional, Divisional and R&D experts.
• Represent ST at external trade shows, conferences and standards bodies.
• Analyze customer applications and major trends to identify new customer requirements. Contribute to new process and product roadmaps.

• BSEE, MSEE or PhD with at least 10+ years product marketing or product management experience in semiconductor field.
• Technical expertise in silicon photonics design, advanced packaging and integration of PIC in optical transceivers and/or co-packaged optics.
• Knowledge of data center networking and optical connectivity architectures and implementations.
• Experience of working in design/marketing/sales of optical transceivers or other networking technologies/products to Hyperscale customers is a big plus.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and take initiatives.

Base salary range: $198,200 – $247,800 USD.
