Position: Signal and Power Integrity Engineer - New College Grad 2026

Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to develop creative solutions for complex system design challenges across high-performance AI systems, graphic cards, and Tegra systems.

Responsibilities
  • Craft creative Signal and Power Integrity solutions to complex system design problems.
  • Conduct system-level power integrity simulations of high-performance AI systems, graphic cards, and Tegra systems.
  • Collaborate with VLSI power teams and package/board design teams to design, optimize, and model power delivery networks (PDN) for dies, packages, boards, and voltage regulators.
  • Create package and board PDN guidelines, perform reviews, and conduct post-layout PI extractions.
  • Drive cross‑functional optimization of package, PCB, ASIC, and mixed‑signal circuit design.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing an MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical background in applied electromagnetics, transmission line theory, and signal processing.
  • Experience in power integrity for core power or I/O power.
  • Strong understanding of how die/package/board decoupling impacts power supply noise across varying frequency ranges.
  • Knowledge of on‑die current di/dt control techniques such as dynamic clocking and throttling.
  • Familiarity with the SIMPLIS tool for regulator modeling; preference for experience modeling on‑die di/dt control techniques.
  • Hands‑on experience with PowerSI, 3D modeling tools such as ANSYS HFSS/Q3D, 2.5D tools such as ANSYS SIwave (or similar), and 2D tools such as ANSYS 2D.
Desired Skills
  • Understanding of regulator operation and expertise in regulator modeling.
  • Knowledge of package/board/decoupling capacitor technology and design.
  • Scripting proficiency for analysis automation.
Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $116,000‑$189,750 USD for Level2 and $136,000‑$218,500 USD for Level
3. Candidates will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
