We are seeking a Lead Post‑Silicon Validation Engineer within the GPU Engineering Team to help drive the development of future GPUs used in 3D graphics, deep learning, HPC, and automotive markets. Make the choice to join our dynamic team today!
NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing. NVIDIA is a “learning machine” that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to solve, that only we can tackle, and that matter to the world.
This is our life’s work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence!

- You will be the primary contact for internal and external customers, and DRAM vendors for silicon issues relating to memory.
- Contribute through the GPU development cycle from concept, Plan of Record, Architecture, Micro‑architecture, design, validation, physical design and tape‑out.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of proven experience with a minimum of three years working with memory systems in the lab.
- Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production.
- Experience in DRAM, high‑speed DRAM interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements.
- In the Pre‑Silicon phase, work with the design and verification teams to define features required for smooth bring‑up and productization.
- In the Post‑Silicon phase, bring the GPU from initial power‑on through production.
- Ability to understand the top N issues in a myriad of data.
- Ability to facilitate and make decisions looking at all the spokes in a decision wheel.
- Excellent written, verbal and technical communications.
- Experience in working with DRAM vendors to debug post‑silicon issues and drive solutions.
- Proven record of implementing processes and methodologies.
- SystemC or C++ development skills, or relevant programming experience.
