Job Title: GPU Hardware Lab Technician | Rework & Electrical Engineering
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience working with liquid cooling systems, cold plates, thermal management, or server hardware.
- Hands‑on experience assembling, installing, testing, and troubleshooting cooling systems and hardware components.
- Experience supporting engineering labs, prototype builds, and hardware validation activities.
- Familiarity with PCB assemblies, electronic components, and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of ESD and laboratory safety procedures.
