• Develop complex scope business and marketing plans, assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development.
• Conduct complex competitive analysis for specific products or product lines.
• Drive Red Team Analysis.
• Assist with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements.
• Understand technical and business environments.
• Assist with the development of strategies to meet business objectives.
• Support the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration.
• Manage release of complex products through the end of their product life cycle.

Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.

Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
