Position: 2026 New College Grad - Chemist III (PhD)

Role Responsibilities
  • Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments
  • Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems
  • Measure film properties, organize data, and interpret data
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues
  • Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
  • Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues
  • Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers
  • Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduating with a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship or related field experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results‑driven culture
  • Comfortable with fast‑paced and intense working environment
  • Familiar with inkjet process, photoresist and etch
