** Key Responsibilities*
* + Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.

+ Contribute to the development of project strategies, processes, and resource plans.

+ Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools, including status reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.

+ Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables supporting internal and external customers and global vendors.

+ Participate in and support cross-functional design teams composed of internal, external, and matrixed resources to achieve project goals.

+ Provide technical input and guidance to team members to support successful project execution.

+ Interface with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects supporting the AGS business unit.

+ Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution plans.

** Job Requirements/Qualifications*
* + Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.

+ Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

+ Some engineering/technical background with experience in the semiconductor industry and/or supply chain management is preferred

+ Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment.

+ Preferred experience with semiconductor components including OEM components, process power systems, build-to-print parts, advanced materials, and mechanical or electrical assemblies.

+ Experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

+ Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization.

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, synthesizing insights and effectively presenting findings to senior executive leadership
