As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for manufacturing parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You will work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and new product releases, use engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Lead projects applying design for excellence (DFx) principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, and determine time standards.
- Coordinate the release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
- Develop and use test procedures; work with other functions to define test specifications and to develop or source test fixtures.
- Participate in concept or feasibility studies, gather test data, evaluate results, and manage corrective actions.
- Evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies; implement new business processes and efficiency improvement tools.
- Mentor and train lower‑level engineers; develop and update training curriculum.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing engineering.
- Strong ability to lead complex projects and develop execution strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
- Distinguishing between colors; effective operation in noisy environments.
- Use of hand and power tools; use of personal protective equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

Salary will be based on location, hire grade, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity of the current team members. Candidates may qualify for bonuses and stock awards as applicable.
