The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
- Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing RF (Radio Frequency) and power products.
- Applies knowledge of qualified sources and products to recommend materials to Design Engineering, resulting in savings, lead time reductions, system improvements, increased life, and/or mitigated risk.
- Work with New Product Development teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.
- Participates with New Product Introduction teams to ensure suppliers are involved in the development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability.
- Continuously involved in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
- Leads the supplier technical audit process and evaluates supplier performance and capability, driving continuous improvement opportunities at the supplier.
- Trains other supplier engineers on the supplier audit and evaluation process.
- Leads supplier quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Identifies and drives broad based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.
- Assists in cost planning by monitoring key cost drivers and supply markets to ensure a competitive advantage.
Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in RF (Radio Frequency) and Semiconductor equipment process power products.
