Job Description
Looking for Staff Engineer that has working knowledge within (IEC 62368-1, IEC 61010-1 & IEC 60335-1) along with some of their collateral/particulars. The engineer should be senior enough to demonstrate working knowledge within the standards identified above. The engineer will also be required to support other engineers on their projects, sales staff, and customers as needed. Project scoping and quoting will be part of the requirements and help build the Santa Clara, CA product safety business.
The Staff engineer should be able to work independently with minimal help/guidance on a variety of products to the requirements of U.S., Canadian and other international product safety standards; writing reports; and communicating with clients.

- Four-year college degree – Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
- IEC 62368-1
- 10+ years of product safety experience.
- The ability to travel as business needs dictate up to 30%.
- Able to go locally to client sites for any testing when needed.
- A valid driver's license is required.
