Senior DFX Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Senior DFT Infrastructure Engineer to join our DFX group. The role focuses on developing scalable tooling and workflows that support silicon bring‑up and failure analysis teams.

• Build, develop, test, and deploy internal infrastructure tools for ATE test vector release and fail analysis/diagnosis flows.
• Work with DFT, ATE bring‑up, and silicon FA teams to enhance testing processes.
• Build regression test cases to ensure flow robustness.
• Support silicon bring‑up teams to secure successful bring‑up.
• Develop code to integrate new features into current tools.
• Resolve tool bugs, check in and deploy fixes.

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• In‑depth ATE knowledge; experience with Advantest 93k or Teradyne Ultraflex is strongly desired.
• Excellent Perl and Python scripting skills; C++ knowledge is a plus.
• Track record of producing original scripts and code.
• Familiarity with SSN scan architecture and diagnostics flow.
• Ability to debug existing internal code base.
• Independent work capability combined with collaborative teamwork.

• Base salary range: $196,000 – $310,500 for Level5, and $232,000 – $368,000 for Level
  6.
