Responsibilities
The Thermal Solutions Development Engineer at NVIDIA will be integral to the Silicon Codesign Group, focusing on the development of thermal solutions for next-generation GPU/SOC products. This role involves transforming concepts into lab-ready builds while collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors. The engineer will also leverage AI tools to enhance design processes and improve productivity. A strong emphasis is placed on communication and program management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Thermal/Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of thermal management principles and fluid dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of sophisticated cooling solutions and high heat flux problems.
- Outstanding communication and program management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software for crafting and modifying 3D models of electronic components and cooling systems.
- Solid understanding of silicon testing, board build, and software knowledge.
- Comfort adopting AI‑assisted engineering tools responsibly.
