A pioneering optical switch startup is seeking a highly technical MEMS Integration Engineer to bridge the gap between design engineering teams and foundry partners. This role focuses on product development, ensuring successful transfer of MEMS processes to high-volume manufacturing, and optimizing device performance. With 5+ years of relevant experience in foundry engineering, candidates will collaborate closely with teams to define, develop, and refine MEMS product processes, while managing the NPI lifecycle effectively.

A competitive salary range of $150,000 to $210,000 is available.
