- Lead mechanical design for server-related products and supporting NPI activities as required
- Create and maintain 3D/2D drawings, mechanical specifications, and development documentation
- Perform DFM/DFA reviews and manage mechanical Bills of Materials (BoM)
- Support pilot builds, assembly processes, sample testing, and analysis of mechanical development issues
- Work directly with customers to support mechanical design alignment and product development activities
- Lead server system thermal development activities from concept through validation, and prepare, deliver thermal validation and qualification reports
- Own and deliver thermal design deliverables in alignment with project requirements
- Review thermal test data, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports
- Design and verify server system sensor behavior to optimize power efficiency and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system-level product development
- Minimum 2+ years of mechanical/thermal R&D experience
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo or Pro-E or FloTHERM
- Experience creating and maintaining drawings, BoMs, and design documentation
