Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot engineering issues, measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns.
Responsibilities- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments.
- Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems.
- Measure film properties, organize data, and interpret data.
- Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues.
- Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
- Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues.
- Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers.
- Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
- Graduating with a PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Previous internship or related field experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results‑driven culture.
