About the Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for our display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. The role involves data collection and analysis, hardware characterization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor equipment.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data and material properties.
- Perform hardware characterization and troubleshoot engineering issues.
- Measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and produce engineering specifications.
- Engage with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on ALD coating technology research and productization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
- At least 5 years of experience in ALD coatings and associated hardware development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- Strong understanding of ALD materials (metals, oxides, fluorides) and surface chemistry in semiconductor processes.
- Experience with material characterization methods, failure analysis, and in‑situ/ex‑situ measurements.
- Proven ability to lead projects with high complexity and risk, developing strategies and driving execution.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a systematic, systems‑thinking approach.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex ideas to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
