Lead Customer Engineer - Power Electronics & Interconnect Solutions

Requirements

• Education
  :
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience
  :
  • 2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector/interconnect industry (design wins preferred).
  • Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems
    .
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g.,
    UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia
    ) is a plus.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong verbal/written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams).
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Organized with sharp presentation skills
  .

• Customer Solutions
  :
  • Analyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts).
  • Create models/presentations to showcase solutions.
• Technical Support
  :
  • Generate engineering documents (
    drawings, specs, test results
    ).
  • Collaborate with thermal/simulation teams and lab testing.
• Product & Market Expertise
  :
  • Advise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation
    .
  • Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.
• Travel
  : 30% required.
