Technical Architect – Design Verification and Validation, Creo, Solid Works
Job SummaryThe Technical Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design verification and validation processes using tools such as Creo and Solid Works. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of designs in product development.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end NPD lifecycle: concept → design → development → verification → release
- Own technical delivery, quality and timeline adherence
- Develop and track engineering plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee Mechanical design, CAD modeling, and detailing
- Oversee Electrical design support (PCB, system integration)
- Oversee Design documentation, drawings, and release processes.
- Ensure adherence to GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and DFM/DFA practices
- Strong experience in Electro‑Mechanical product development
- Strong experience in Mechanical design (CAD tools like Solid Works/Creo)
- Strong experience in Electrical system integration (basic EE concepts)
- Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance analysis
- Knowledge of Design verification & validation processes
- Experience managing NPD programs in global delivery models
- Strong engineering project planning and execution skills
- Exposure to Agile / hybrid engineering delivery model
- In‑depth knowledge of design verification & validation processes.
- Proficiency in Creo and Solid Works software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design verification processes.
- Experience in product design and development.
- Any relevant certifications in Design Verification & Validation, Creo, or Solid Works would be a plus.
- Maximum Salary (US): 143,000
- Minimum Salary (US): 93,000
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan;
10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
