Program Manager​/Cloud

Our leadership position is based on strong cross-divisional alignment. The objective is to provide complete test and validation solutions for digital interfaces and links in the computer, cloud/datacenter and communication markets. This is enabled by ongoing engagement in standardization committees including contributions to defining validation and compliance test standards. As well as strong interaction with technology leading customers and close loop roadmap alignment among divisions, participating in the design of the solution components (aka Pyramid Program).

The objective of the position is to continue in the spirit of what has successfully been conducted as the ‘Pyramid Program’ and drive further development of our solution delivery to customers in the Computer-, Cloud/Data Center- and Communication segments in the optical and electrical domain.

The position is responsible to coordinate planning of our digital solution offering. This involves management and further development of the Pyramid program, coordination and alignment with the application and product experts in divisions and field, regular reviews and alignment with field and Div mgmt. and linkage and alignment with company-wide SW initiatives.

Bachelors or Master Degree in engineering or equivalent.

5+ years of Test & Measurement marketing and/or technical experience

2+ years’ experience as product manager or planner

Experience in Cloud Management and knowledge of computer buses

Market Segmentation

Domain knowledge of Digital Test and Design Validation in optical and electrical space

Demonstrated Project Management skills

Ability to influence cross divisional Plans of Record to provide complete solutions.

Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer-facing skills

Solid understanding of the 4 Ps of marketing

Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
