** Product Support and Configuration Management*
* + Manage in-house robotic endoscopy systems for R&D activities.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical or electromechanical equipment issues used in development and testing.

+ Create and maintain documentation for system configuration traceability

+ Ensure alignment between released documentation and as-built configurations including software and firmware versioning.

** Testing & Validation*
* + Support verification activities, including formal testing, dry running, and feasibility.

+ Support testing for investigations/root cause analysis.

+ Configure test fixtures, sensors, and instrumentation (e.g., load cells, pressure sensors).

+ Ensure compliance with laboratory, safety, and medical device regulatory standards during testing activities.

* Qualifications:

* ** Education*
* + Minimum of an Associates degree is required; focused degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.

** Required*
* + A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional work experience

+

Experience with technical work in mechanical, electromechanical, or medical device environments.

+ Ability to understand and follow assembly instructions.

+ Experience supporting engineering tests and documenting results.

** Preferred*
* + Experience in the medical device, biotech, or regulated hardware industry.

+ Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, or similar quality regulations.

+ Basic experience with data acquisition systems or instrumentation.
