As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for research and development of materials that will enable current and future semiconductor device nodes. The ideal candidate will lead the technological advancement that requires development of various materials, deposition techniques and determine how to integrate the films for semiconductor device manufacturing.
Required skills:
- Plasma processing experience
- Experience in semiconductor industry
Key responsibilities:
- Drive innovation and development of CVD process & hardware technology
- Define technical path to solve high value problems
- Develop, plan and execute process engineering development projects
- Lead and participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop & deliver world-class performance solutions to the customers
- Advance in-depth understanding of process, hardware and their interaction in highly complex systems
- Perform process and hardware characterization on highly complex systems

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
