  • Evaluate internal and external standardization proposals and coordinate positions with stakeholders across research, development, and product teams.
  • Represent Ericsson in ITU-R, FCC, NTIA, and 3

GPP meetings, as well as in university collaborations and customer engagements.
  • Manage and contribute to industry-related interactions within Ericsson, including product lines, development units, and ecosystem partners.
  • Communicate findings and results clearly — a key and valued aspect of this role.
The skills you will bring

  • Knowledge of mobile networks with a strong foundation in radio communication and signal processing.
  • Experience with coexistence and spectrum sharing concepts, including simulations and theoretical analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to advance technical conceptual proposals and solutions.
  • Ability to make decisions and take initiative in a timely manner.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, networking, and innovation skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and engaging in technical debates.
