• Gain exposure to complex mechanical systems, including cleanroom HVAC, process piping, process exhaust, and specialty utility systems.

• Work on advanced technology, semiconductor, life science, and mission-critical facility projects that expand your technical expertise.

• Collaborate directly with Project Managers, field leadership, engineers, vendors, and clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Develop practical experience across preconstruction, procurement, field coordination, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

• Build both technical and project management skills in a fast-paced design-build environment.

• Support project coordination, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, and project documentation.

• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and vendor documentation for coordination and constructability.

• Assist with RFIs, change orders, meeting documentation, and project communications.

• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors to resolve project issues.

• Track equipment procurement, material deliveries, fabrication progress, and installation readiness.

• Support commissioning, startup activities, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical construction, engineering, project coordination, or a related technical role.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and coordination documents.

• Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and construction management software.
