Learn more about our .The FP&A Director serves as the senior finance partner for the Display and Flexible Technology (DFT) Segment.  This role is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, and for translating complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives, product groups, and investor-facing stakeholders.

The position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed, global organization.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Own and manage the financial cadence, calendar, and target-setting processes for DFT business units worldwide, including CMT, BSR, Close, and Q  cycles.
* Lead financial modeling efforts, monitor outcomes against plans, and continuously refine models to improve forecast accuracy and decision support.
* Interpret financial results and business drivers, translating them into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
* Lead OPEX and CAPEX analysts in the U.S., and provide functional oversight to COE and ACE teams globally, covering systems, forecasting, consolidations, and end-to-end FP&A support for the DFT segment.
* Build and scale standardized processes, tools, and data repositories to improve consistency, efficiency, and analytical rigor across the finance organization.
* Serve as the primary finance program lead for key initiatives, including GMLT support, Copilot adoption, ERP implementation, and broader systems and structural improvements.
* Act as a strategic advisor to segment leadership, ensuring alignment between segment priorities and corporate financial requirements.
